blank page?

XL Cordemans
Hi,
what might be causing the following issue? index page returns a blank page - occasionally. It is a random issue that nor device nor time or browser dependent.
Set-up:- lasso 9.3.x (latest) on Mac Pro with El Capitan Server (latest)- site is only accessible with an https://    (currently we use our own certif.)- index page is index.lasso and is the only choice in both Apache and Lux
The index.lasso page starts with
[Session_End('namesession')][var( 'namevariable' = '123' )]
That is before the <body> tag.Within the <body> tags there are two includes [web_response->include ('namefile.txt')].
It is a super simple html page that worked fine for years on Lasso 8.6 ; but since 9.3.1.x it shows up a couple of times a week. Where is the error or is there any recommendation from the experts out there?

First thing to check is that you have a valid license for the instance. If not it will run in developer mode with limitations on how many IP addresses it will serve and how many requests. If either limit is passed the result will be a blank page.

If the license is valid then sprinkle the landing page with log calls. Stdoutnl('I am here') Giving you the chance to see where the page fails.

I really wish it would display a cryptic error rather than a blank page.
ie. Error -9999 Unable to ascertain identity blah blah blah...

I've been caught out by this quite a few times now (thankfully enough to
remember the reason now).
