Urgent issue - site will only load in IE on the PC, not in Safari, FireFox, Chrome, or Opera

Using Lasso 8.5.

I have a site that's been up and running for a year.  Starting today it will only open in IE on the PC.

It won't open in Safari, FireFox, Chrome, or Opera on the Mac.


It was working in all browsers on all platforms through last night.


A copy of the site runs fine on my Mac.


When you try to go to the live site from a Mac you get a waiting for [site url] message and the site never loads in your browser.


Any ideas  / suggestions?


Thanks in advance.

(P.S. They're telling me that nothing has changed on the server between when it was working and now.)

If it is "up" and "proxiable", then your computer may be blocked from the server.

Restarting the machine seems to have fixed the problem.

Strange,

Well, search YouTube for "The IT Crowd turn it off and on again"

I suspect there's several versions of it (all breaking copyright in some manner likely)

If you're not familiar with The IT Crowd it was a damn funny TV show in the UK about some IT types and their silly antics. I've been watching it on Netflix.
