Updating to Sierra10.12.15

Duane Hannan
I had a power outage which screwed up mysql and I had to reinstall it.  I figured now would be a good time to update my MacMini to Sierra (10.12.5).  After the update I reinstalled the Lasso8ConnectorforApache2.4 (I’m running Lasso8.6.3) into /usr/local/libexec/apache2 and confirmed that /private/etc/apache2/users/lasso8.conf is still set to find the connector.
On the first startup of lasso, I got an “install legacy Java runtime” which I did.  I’m not sure Java’s related, but it installed normally from Apple’s site.  Otherwise, Lasso starts up normally using the “startLassoService” terminal command (and shows up in the Activity Monitor), and MySQL shows that its running in the System Preferences control panel.
Apache2 now delivers the webpage but shows only the raw lasso code and obviously no database search results.
I’d appreciate any advice before I try reinstalling Lasso.

The update to Sierra removed the lines of code at the end of /etc/apache2/httpd.conf  that include 'users/lasso8.conf'
I think you'll find those lines in /etc/apache2/httpd.conf~previous
