OT: OS X 10.5 authenticate against Novell LDAP

Diane Houdek
I know this is totally off-topic, but has anyone had to authenticate website logins against a Novell LDAP server using Mac OS 10.5 Server (Leopard) and actually been able to make it work?  If so, please let me know - we're desperate here.

Thanks,

I haven't done this, but I'd first try using Lasso 8.5's built in LDAP tags:

        http://reference.lassosoft.com/Reference.LassoApp?[LDAP-%3EAuthenticate]

Unless of course by "totally off-topic" you mean without using Lasso. In that case, try Apache's mod_auth_ldap:

        http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/mod_auth_ldap.html
