Lassosoft sales cycle?

Anyone have an average for how long it takes LassoSoft thee days to send out new serial numbers?

I upgraded to the newest version and based on previous upgrades was expecting to get some acknowledgement and a new serial number.
I have written to them twice now and still no response.
I am trying to be patient and considerate but it has been 31 days now.

31 Days is too long. Pound on them every day in every way possible. It took me a week to get a serial number last month. I left voice mails and multiple emails.

I think you have around 60 days to dispute a credit card charge from a merchant that doesn’t deliver the goods purchased.

You might check with your credit card company so you don’t lose your easiest recourse should Lassosoft never deliver on your order.
