Calendar and Contacts Integration

Seth Ganahl
Does anyone know of a multi-user calendar Web app that is easily integrated
with Lasso?  I've looked at the existing OS X Server calendar, but haven't
used it in production.

I have a request from a client to integrate an Outlook style calendar and
contacts module into an upcoming Web application.  He basically wants a
multi user system where the users each have a personal calendar, with
reminders, the ability to invite others, with email notifications, and a
master calendar with a super user who can manage everyone's schedules.

He also wants a contacts module so that each user can keep a list of
personal, and business contacts, but I think I can build this pretty quickly
in MySQL.  If there is an existing drop-in module or some existing code, I
am more than happy to use that.

The project is going to be using OS X server and Lasso 8.6/9 (on separate
servers) with MySQL as the back-end.

Re: Calendar and Contacts Integration

decorior
We have used integration with Google calendar for this.

It can get pretty extensive to build, and the Google API is nice. Lots of calendar options
