BBEdit 8.2.1 and LDML plugin

Mark Kawakami
Hey, for those of you still using Alex Klepoff's LDML plugin for
BBEdit, have any of you updated to 8.2.1 yet? And if so, did you have
any trouble getting your LDML plugin to properly color your code? All
of a sudden, the plugin seems to be applying totally different rules
than it was before for me, very strange. I think I might be reverting
to 8.2.0 if I can.

You can ditch Alex's plugin and use this instead with BBE 8 (it offers
proper handling of comments):

Yeah, I know I can, but despite all that, I still have a preference
for Alex's plugin. It's not a dig against the codeless language
module, it's just there's some things capabilities BBEdit offers in
the original API that it doesn't allow in the codeless language
syntax. I might give it a go, but I'd really like to have Alex's
module working again.

Mark,

I experienced the same thing when I updated to 8.2.1. After much head
scratching I switched to the LassoScript.plist and that worked.

It might be worth asking the BareBones people to provide native support for Lasso syntax coloring as well.
